The commercial terms of a DevLoom purchase.
Who you're buying from
DevLoom is a brand of Eternia Services. A purchase through this store is a contract with Eternia Services trading as DevLoom.
What you're buying
Each product (a single skill, a curated bundle, or the Full Access Pass) is a one-time digital PDF download containing that skill's manual and installation guide. There is no subscription.
Delivery
Payment is processed by Stripe. Once your payment is confirmed, your PDF(s) are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If a PDF hasn't arrived within 24 hours, contact support (see /contact) with your order reference.
Licence
Purchases are licensed for internal use by the purchasing individual or studio. Resale or public redistribution of the PDF or its contents is not permitted.
Bundle pricing
A bundle's price reflects its five included skills as one purchase; it doesn't account for skills a buyer may already own separately (see the FAQ).
Governing law and formal review
Governing law, tax treatment, liability limits and final legal wording are still pending formal legal sign-off for every market this store sells into.
