DevLoom is a brand of Eternia Services. References to "DevLoom" throughout this store and its policies mean Eternia Services trading as DevLoom.
Checkout
Payment is processed by Stripe. This store never receives or stores your card details — Stripe's own embedded Checkout collects them directly. Stripe shares your email address and order details with us so your purchase can be delivered.
Delivery
Your email address is used to send your order confirmation and PDF download(s), and to reply if you contact support. It is not used for marketing, sold, or shared with anyone beyond Stripe and the email provider that sends your delivery message.
No accounts, no tracking
This store has no accounts, contact-form storage, analytics or advertising pixels. Catalogue search, filtering and currency selection all run locally in your browser.
Stored preference
If you switch the colour theme or currency, your browser stores that choice in local storage. It is not sent anywhere.
