Licence & refunds
How refunds work for a digital, immediately-delivered product.
Nature of the product
Every DevLoom purchase is a digital PDF delivered by email straight after payment. Because delivery is immediate, standard cooling-off periods that apply to physical goods do not apply the same way here.
Requesting a refund
If a purchase was made in error, a PDF never arrived, or a manual doesn't match its catalogue listing, contact support (see /contact) with your order reference within 14 days of purchase and we'll review it.
What isn't covered
Refunds aren't offered for a change of mind once a PDF has been successfully delivered and downloaded.
Formal review
This is the store's working refund policy. It has not yet been through formal legal review for every country DevLoom sells into.
